Acceptable Use Summary

Paddle is built for software companies (B2B SaaS, consumer software, and games). CSVPlanet is a software platform that generates metadata and CSVs for stock contributors. We do not sell physical goods or standalone human services.

Paddle does not permit any business that violates card network rules, regulations, or laws, or engages in fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or predatory practices. CSVPlanet’s offering is software-only, with transparent pricing and no outbound telemarketing.

Prohibited Categories (Paddle AUP)

CSVPlanet does not sell or enable any of the following prohibited categories or practices:

• Physical products or products requiring physical delivery.
• Standalone human services not related to software (consulting, coaching, advisory-only).
• Donations, crowdfunding, community access, advertising, or sponsorship sales.
• Copyright infringement services (illicit streaming, downloaders, IPTV, media burning).
• Unauthorized access tools (spyware, keyloggers, device unlocking).
• Digital marketplaces that let non-Paddle sellers transact.
• Advertising/marketing schemes (pyramid schemes, MLM, get-rich-quick).
• Automated social media engagement or mass marketing services.
• Telemarketing, political or social campaigning services.
• Adult content, dating services, or age-restricted content.
• Gambling, betting, lotteries, sweepstakes, or games of chance.
• Trading, financial products, payment services, or money transfer services.
• Virtual currency, stored value, gift cards, or vouchers.
• Investment or financial advice, credit counseling, or identity theft protection.
• Government services, travel services, or exam prep resale without authority.
• Pseudo-science, medical advice, or regulated health claims.
• Restricted content generation (face swaps, deepfakes, voice impersonations).
• Technical support services marketed as device repair or maintenance.

CSVPlanet is a metadata generation tool for creators and does not provide any of the above.

Restricted Categories

Paddle may require enhanced due diligence for certain higher-risk offerings. CSVPlanet does not offer restricted content generation such as human-like face creation, deepfakes, or voice impersonations. We focus on metadata generation for licensed user uploads.

Master Services Agreement Highlights

• We accept Paddle as a non-exclusive reseller for our software product.
• We provide accurate product information, pricing, and URLs.
• We comply with Paddle’s Acceptable Use Policy and applicable laws.
• We cooperate with order support and refund handling via Paddle.
